First things first, on some orders we print or manufacture on demand so may take up to 3 weeks to post. We ship with New Zealand Post. If items are in stock they can get to you as quickly as 2 days but we’ve found that most items take a week or so once posted, and sometimes up to 2 weeks. So please be patient. If your items does not get to you in 2 weeks get in touch with your order number (important!) and we’ll dig up tracking details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, except for fragile goods such as framed artwork. We use New Zealand post and track more expensive parcels, with costs covering packaging and handling. To see pricing costs visit the store. Once shipped we will email you the tracking details. Please note that GPR are not responsible for any import taxes or charges on receipt.
You’re out of the product I want. When are you going to make more?!
At Good People Run it’s a case of ‘first come first served’. We tend to make our goods in small runs and they are often limited edition or one offs. Sometimes we’ll make more when goods sell out, sometimes we don’t.
Can I exchange my purchase for another size/ colour/ product etc.
We accept exchanges so long as the goods are not used and in as new condition on return. Send us back the goods and be sure to include a note to explain why you would like to exchange it and what to. You will need to cover postage so also include a self addressed pre-paid satchel from New Zealand Post so we can send the right size/ product/ colour back to you. If exchanging from outside of New Zealand, we will charge you for postage on receipt of returned items and ship once this has been paid. If in doubt about sizing please check out our guide here.
I want my money back. I don’t like what I’ve purchased.
We have a ‘no questions asked’ 7 day returns and refund policy so long as the goods are not used and in as new condition on return. That also means that any stickers, tags or packaging that was included with your purchase is also returned.
Send us back the goods within seven days of receipt and be sure to include a note explaining that you want a refund and include your purchase number (very important!). You will need to cover postage to return to us too. We will then check it over and at our discretion refund in full.
The majority of the photography at GPR is by Founder Paul Petch. You can visit his commercial portfolio at www.paulpetch.co.nz and enquire about pricing.
Where do you get your T-Shirts/hats/stickers/etc made?
We try to get our clothes and products printed locally in Auckland and we’re really proud of that. Our partnerships take a lot of time and resources, that means a lot to us, so we keep their details private.
We don’t really sponsor people as it’s not our main goal- or that we have any sponsorship ‘cash flow’. If you feel that we can support you in other ways then get in touch and tell us why. More importantly please state exactly what it is that you’re after from us.
Are there any jobs going at Good People Run?
I’d like to sell my goods in your shop.
Good People Run supports the running culture in a very different way to most online stores, so your products need to be exactly what our audience wants. Feel free to contact us and tell us why we should sell your products with costs etc.
I have a shop and I want to stock GPR gear.
Get in touch and link us to your site/online store. We’ll be in touch.
Can I get some free stickers?
No, but we have plenty of stickers available in our online shop at great prices.
I’d like GPR to review my product.
We love reviewing running related products, gear, gadgets and ‘stuff’ so send us your goods to (Good People Run. Generator. 28 Customs Street, Britomart, Auckland Central, Auckland, New Zealand. 1010. If we like it we’ll plug it, if we think it’s a great fit for our shop we’ll be in touch.
Please keep in mind that GPR is not a traditional running blog, so we will only feature products and gear that align with our vision. For example running shoe and back pack trends, and what people eat on a run is not what we are looking for.
